Dialogue Basics You should Know
If you are considering to download this material you should already have a basic understanding of how animating Dialogue works.
If you do not I have given you a brief  explanation below.
Dialogue or speech is essentially made up of sounds that blend together to form another sound that is ultimately a comprehensible word.
The mouth must make certain shapes to pronounce theses sounds. These can be referred to as phonics.

Vowels
Five letters of the Alphabet make up the Vowel sounds. A, E, I, O and U. Sometimes Y is considered a sixth vowel but in basic dialogue animation it over complicates things to have an extra mouth shape. Mouth Shapes move rapidly and too much quick movement may appear as an error or awkward motion. It’s better to treat Y as a Consonant unless the sound is uniquely specific. Sometimes I just use the E  mouth shape and that covers it.

Consonants
Consonants are all the non-vowel sounds – Sometimes Y or T sounds are not included  as consonant sounds but in basic dialogue animation they are broadly used as such.

Additional Consonants
In true speech there are around six types of Consonant groups but in basic animation it’s simpler and more effective to have one basic shape to cover most of them. The additional and unique sounding ones such as W, B, P and M all have their own mouth shapes.
